Before Caring Transitions, Jessica spent close to fifteen years in startup sales, client success, and software training, where she learned to pick up new systems fast and help people get real value from them. She earned a BA in criminal justice, then moved to Denver and completed her MBA with a certificate in entrepreneurship, and she always planned to run her own business.
Jessica owns and runs the business herself, with her team handling marketing, sales, finance, operations, and every client project alongside her. That model matters for families: the person who plans your project is the same person accountable for how it turns out.
